CEO, Director

Sally holds a Master’s degree in Piano Teaching from Southern Methodist University and boasts four decades of experience instructing piano. Her students have pursued music majors at renowned institutions such as Indiana University, Eastman in Rochester, NY, Brigham Young University in Provo, UT, and Indiana State University in Terre Haute. As the founder and owner of Fishers Music & Arts Academy, LLC (formerly Eppert Piano Studio), Sally’s inquisitive nature drives her to continually learn and connect with music teachers worldwide. She avidly engages in podcasts and webinars, staying abreast of the latest teaching methodologies and studio management trends.

Outside the realm of music education, Sally enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Dick, exploring culinary delights and indulging her passion for travel. Additionally, she finds joy in the realm of interior decorating during her leisure hours.

Music has been an integral part of Rachel’s life from a young age. She embarked on her musical journey by delving into Suzuki piano at the age of 4 and has been actively playing and performing ever since, even having the opportunity to showcase her talent for Mr. Suzuki himself. Rachel pursued collegiate and graduate studies in piano, flute, and music at institutions such as Olivet Nazarene University, Wheaton Teachers College, and Columbia University in NYC.

 Rachel has taken on roles as an accompanist and director for various groups in both community and church settings. Remarkably, she started teaching students at the age of 16, and over the years, her studio has welcomed individuals of diverse ages and skill levels. 

In addition to her musical pursuits, Rachel is a devoted wife and mother of five children, each engaged in activities ranging from dance and taekwondo to saxophone and technology, with a connection to Purdue University.

Brenna, based in the greater Indianapolis area, is not only a skilled pianist but also a dedicated music teacher. She holds a BA in Piano Performance from Anderson University and an MM in Piano Teaching from Butler University. Known for her patience and enthusiasm, Brenna is passionate about instilling a profound appreciation for music in others’ lives.

As a teacher, she goes beyond the basics, incorporating composition into her lessons and placing a strong emphasis on rhythm, sight-reading, and early-level piano duets. Beyond the realm of music, Brenna’s interests include calligraphy, exploring new coffee shops, co-hosting the podcast Hidden Composers, and even running a rescue center on her windowsill for cast-off houseplants when she’s not immersed in teaching or playing the piano.

Kameron, a composer and pianist based in the greater Indianapolis area, holds a BA in Music from Anderson University and an MM in Composition from Butler University. Throughout his university years, he dedicated time to studying piano. Known for his understanding and compassionate teaching style, Kameron is committed to helping individuals of all ages realize their musical potential. His portfolio includes commissioned works for local institutions, reflecting his desire to bring about positive change through meaningful music.

Beyond his musical pursuits, Kameron is deeply passionate about serving God and others. Currently serving as the music director at Zionsville Christian Church in Zionsville, IN, he also collaborates with disabled clients at Hopewell Center Inc. in Anderson. Kameron’s unwavering dedication to both music and community service is evident in every lesson he conducts.

Charlie pursued Business at IU’s Kelley School of Business while also delving into Percussion at IU’s Jacobs School of Music. His musical journey began in childhood, immersed in a musical environment. Initially, he dedicated over 10 years to piano lessons with Sally before transitioning to percussion. Charlie brings a distinctive skill set that makes him well-equipped to lead Fishers Music and Arts Academy to success. Outside of his professional pursuits, he enjoys playing video games, reading, listening to podcasts, and occasionally solving puzzles during his leisure time.
